A US multinational telco, with 260,000 employees, had been hired to transform the IP telephony infrastructure for an international banking group.
But with 4,000 sites to transform across EMEA, India and APAC, and no downtime permitted, it was looking like a tall order.

We were contracted to provide a global programme office function which would oversee global logistics, stock management, global implementation engineering resource as well as the recovery of decommissioned hardware, as the customer didn’t want any old equipment left at site.
To deliver this, NSC set up a dedicated global programme management function with local project delivery teams, which were complimented by NSC’s access to 60+ storage depots and army of field engineer resources working through the night to avoid interruptions during the working day. NSC transformed 100 sites a week.
NSC completed project before time and within budget.
Successful delivery led to continuous engagement for three further large-scale projects.
