What is my role at NSC?
As one of NSC’s Global Account Leads, I manage relationships with several prestigious global clients. My role involves ensuring they receive high-quality services, driving incremental revenue, and contributing to NSC’s growth by delivering value and maintaining strong partnerships.
Why did I join NSC?
I joined NSC in 1999 because I was excited by the wide variety of opportunities to collaborate with globally significant clients across diverse industries. The chance to work on challenging and impactful engagements, contributing to both client success and NSC’s growth, was a compelling factor for me.

My journey to this role has been shaped by diverse experiences, taking on various responsibilities that allowed me to adapt and grow. At NSC, I’ve been excited by constant change, flexing to meet client expectations. Moving forward, I look forward to exploring new client opportunities.
What drives me?
Client satisfaction is my top priority, and I’m committed to ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard. Delivering the job right, on time, and exceeding expectations is what drives me, as I believe that success is built on strong client relationships and flawless execution.
Beyond the office
One of my favourite hobbies is scuba diving. It’s a perfect escape from the usual routine, allowing me to disconnect completely, no emails, no phone calls, just the peaceful underwater world. It’s a great way to recharge and find balance outside of work.
