What is my role at NSC?
In my current role as Local Bridgehead in Brazil, I focus on supporting and monitoring my team of Engineers to ensure that NSC Global continues to provide the highest level of service to our clients. My goal is to ensure smooth operations and help maintain the excellence we strive for.
Why did I join NSC?
I was approached by NSC due to my experience with a current client and their recommendation. I accepted the offer to stay with the client while also embracing the opportunity to meet new people and grow within the company.
My journey
I started as a Customer Engineer providing End User Support. Through dedication to client satisfaction, I progressed to the role of Bridgehead in Brazil. Now, I focus on supporting and monitoring my Engineers, ensuring that NSC Global maintains top-tier service. My goal is to keep learning and developing my career.
What drives me?
I’ve always aimed to provide the best experience for our clients and strive to instill this same goal within my team. My focus is on consistently delivering quality work, offering support whenever needed, and creating a positive and enjoyable environment in the office.
Beyond the office
Outside of work, I recently discovered there’s a “gaming” tournament for MS Excel, and now I’m really interested in exploring it! It’s a fun way to challenge myself and sharpen my skills in a different context.
