As an Account Executive at NSC Global, I manage key client portfolios, ensuring their success. I started in sales support, learning client needs, and progressed into account management. My journey has been rewarding, and I’m excited to continue growing and progressing within the company.

Why did I join NSC?
I joined NSC in 2019, shortly after the first lockdown, eager to begin my professional career in the IT industry. During my work experience, NSC stood out as an exceptional company. The people here have consistently inspired me to work harder and grow in every role I take on.

My journey
My journey at NSC has been rewarding. I started in sales support, learning client needs, then moved to account management, handling key clients. Working under a director helped me grow strategically. I’m excited to take on more leadership, mentor others, and drive NSC’s success towards a director role.

What drives me?
What drives me is solving complex challenges and building lasting relationships with clients. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can strategise, negotiate, and deliver impactful solutions. I’m motivated by continuous learning and seeing the results of my work, whether improving processes or helping clients succeed.

Beyond the office
Beyond the office, I played rugby for over six years and still stay involved by volunteering at my local club. I’m passionate about staying active, whether it’s hitting the gym or going for an evening run. I also take pride in being a role model for my younger siblings.
