What is my role at NSC?
I lead a 24×7 team ensuring seamless network performance and uptime. My work spans Service Delivery Management, Major Incident Escalations, Project Coordination, Change and Problem Management, and stakeholder engagement. Acting as liaison between technical teams and business units, I drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Why did I join NSC?
Joining NSC Global marked my first step into the technical world after completing my studies—an opportunity I had eagerly awaited. I consider myself fortunate to have received that initial call from the recruitment team, which opened the door to a journey of growth, learning, and meaningful contributions in the IT infrastructure space.

My journey
I began as a Call Coordinator, moved into the NOC team as Level 1 Engineer, progressed to Shift Lead, then Major Incident Manager and now NOC Manager. Each role has strengthened my commitment to excellence and the recognition received has fuelled my growth within NSC Global.

What drives me?
I’m motivated by the dynamic nature of my role. Unpredictable challenges, critical problem-solving and fast adaptation make each day rewarding. I thrive on cross-team collaboration, tackling issues head-on and continuously learning, which fuels my passion for leading NOC operations.

Beyond the office
I’m an automobile enthusiast who enjoys exploring the world of machines and engineering. I also find peace spending time in the countryside, appreciating calm natural beauty which provides the perfect balance to my fast-paced professional life.
