What is my role at NSC?
I am currently a Service Delivery Manager for North America, overseeing onsite support for clients in the US and Mexico. I advocate for both clients and technicians, ensuring support needs are met. My role spans client relationships, operations, employee management, and financial accountability.
Why did I join NSC?
I joined NSC for the opportunity to manage diverse client needs across industries and to have a hands-on role in service delivery. The variety of challenges, from client relationship management to operational responsibilities, has allowed me to make a significant impact and grow within the company.
My journey
I began at NSC as a desktop support technician, seeking a career change. After moving to the North America Operations team as a Process Analyst, I grew into my role as a Service Delivery Manager. Standout moments include earning client trust, building relationships, and receiving great coworker support.
What drives me?
With a background in Physics, I’m a problem solver at heart. I enjoy applying my skills to solve challenges for NSC, our clients, and employees. I’m driven by understanding the root cause and finding solutions, while using data to tell a story about team performance and client environments.
Beyond the office
Beyond the office, I have a passion for dance, having studied tap, ballet, and jazz for 19 years. I still enjoy watching performances, especially The Nutcracker, and can’t stop tapping my feet! I also love cheering on the Ravens, baking, kayaking, brush lettering, and spending time with family.
