What is my role at NSC?
As Wireless Network Engineering Team Lead, I design and manage secure, high-performance wireless networks. I support clients with scalable solutions, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation through automation, training, and cross-team collaboration.

Why did I join NSC?
I joined NSC for its focus on innovation, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology. Working with a global team that values diverse perspectives and continuous improvement perfectly aligns with my values and inspires me to keep growing and pushing boundaries.

My journey
With 15 years in network engineering, eight at NSC, I’ve grown from junior engineer to Team Lead. I’ve led major projects, mentored others, and presented at conferences. NSC has given me the platform to evolve technically and professionally, and I’m still growing.

What drives me?
I’m excited by the ever-evolving nature of technology and the challenge of solving complex problems. Knowing my work improves connectivity and security for users motivates me every day, along with the ongoing support I receive from my managers and team.

Beyond the office
Outside of work, I enjoy watching Test cricket, hiking, and photography. Cricket helps me unwind, while capturing landscapes during hikes fuels my creativity. This mix of interests gives me balance and sharpens the problem-solving skills I use in my role.
