What is my role at NSC?
I am a Service Delivery Manager responsible for delivering effective services to clients. I ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, customer satisfaction is high, and services align with client needs. I also oversee the financial health of my account, with support from my amazing team.

Why did I join NSC?
I joined NSC for the growth opportunities and supportive culture. With my passion for technology and problem-solving, NSC’s emphasis on continuous learning and mentorship drew me in. The collaborative, family-like environment has helped me grow from a technician to Service Delivery Manager.

My journey
I’ve always loved technology, starting in Computer Operations before transitioning to IP Technical Support for 10+ years. I moved into management, then became an IT Process Analyst, and now serve as a Service Delivery Manager. NSC has supported my growth with mentorship and leadership development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and empowerment.

What drives me?
I love helping people and finding solutions, plus I’m passionate about technology. I used to say Microsoft couldn’t beat me at solving technical issues. I thrive on challenges and change. In this field, there’s constant growth and the excitement of achieving while supporting others.

Beyond the office
Beyond the office, I have a passion for dance, having studied tap, ballet, and jazz for 19 years. I still enjoy watching performances, especially The Nutcracker, and can’t stop tapping my feet! I also love cheering on the Ravens, baking, kayaking, brush lettering, and spending time with family.
