As Procurement Admin Manager, I optimise procurement processes and drive cost efficiency. I specialise in IT procurement, sourcing parts and services, handling purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery, using data insights and proactive problem-solving to align activities with client needs.

My journey
I began at NSC as a Tag Team Agent, then became Service Support Administrator, supporting multiple transitions. Promoted to Senior Procurement Administrator and now Procurement Admin Manager, I’ve grown through mentorship, leadership opportunities, and a culture that empowers learning.
What drives me?
I’m driven by continuous growth and making a meaningful impact. Challenges that build skills motivate me, and working in a team that values collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving energises me to deliver tangible, positive outcomes.
