Services Provided:
Overview
A leading global telecommunications provider partnered with NSC Global to strengthen its ability to deliver complex multinational technology programmes for enterprise customers.
While the organisation possessed extensive networking expertise and a strong portfolio of technology services, delivering projects consistently across multiple countries presented operational challenges. Limited in-country capabilities, complex international logistics and the need for specialist engineering resources made it difficult to respond to global customer requirements at the speed and scale demanded.
NSC Global became the delivery partner, providing the global infrastructure, engineering expertise and operational support required to extend the customer’s service capabilities. Through Network as a Service (NaaS), global engineering services and standardised Wi-Fi surveying, NSC enabled the customer to confidently deliver projects across international markets while maintaining a consistent customer experience.

The Challenge
The customer faced two key operational challenges that limited its ability to compete for multinational opportunities.
Extending Global Delivery Capability
Although capable of delivering high-quality telecommunications solutions, the customer lacked the global operational footprint required to execute every aspect of large international deployments.
In many competitive tenders, the customer could satisfy the technical requirements but was unable to provide the complete delivery capability expected by multinational organisations. This included:
- Limited engineering presence in certain countries
- Complex international shipping and customs requirements
- Importer of Record (IOR) obligations
- Installation and staging capabilities across multiple regions
- The ability to provide consistent lifecycle support worldwide
Without these capabilities, opportunities that were technically achievable often became commercially difficult to deliver.
Delivering Consistent Global Wi-Fi Surveys
The customer’s enterprise client required comprehensive Wi-Fi surveys across more than 40 locations worldwide.
The challenge was not simply completing the surveys, but ensuring every site followed the same methodology, utilised the same tools, and produced standardised reporting regardless of location.
Achieving this level of consistency required specialist wireless engineers, coordinated project management and a scalable global engineering network.
The Solution
NSC Global delivered an integrated global services model that combined logistics, engineering expertise and programme management into a single, scalable solution.
- Network as a Service (NaaS)
- Global Wi-Fi Survey Programme
NSC enabled the customer to expand its delivery capabilities by providing a complete Network as a Service model.
This included:
- Global staging and configuration of equipment
- International logistics and freight management
- Importer of Record (IOR) services
- Customs, tax and duty management
- Local installation services
- Global project management
- Ongoing maintenance and lifecycle support
- Delivery against agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
By managing every stage of the deployment lifecycle, NSC removed the operational complexity associated with multinational technology rollouts. The customer was able to offer a complete end-to-end service without investing in additional global infrastructure or local operational teams.
Certified wireless engineers with extensive experience in enterprise Wi-Fi environments were deployed across multiple countries, ensuring every survey met the same technical standards regardless of location.
Standardised Survey Methodology
Every assessment was conducted using the Ekahau wireless surveying platform, ensuring consistent data capture, analysis and reporting across all sites.
Centralised Programme Management
A dedicated programme management team provided the customer with a single point of contact throughout the engagement, simplifying communication, coordinating regional resources and ensuring consistent project governance.
Certified Wireless Specialists
All engineers were trained and certified in Wi-Fi surveying methodologies, enabling accurate assessments and high-quality deliverables that met enterprise requirements.
Consistent Reporting
Each survey produced a standardised report containing detailed findings, wireless performance analysis and recommendations, enabling the customer’s end client to compare results across every global location using a common reporting framework.
Outcome
By partnering with NSC Global, the customer significantly expanded its global delivery capability without the need to build additional in-country infrastructure.
The partnership enabled the customer to:
- Convert previously unattainable opportunities into successful project wins
- Extend its global service offering into countries where it previously had limited operational capability
- Deliver multinational projects with a consistent customer experience worldwide
- Simplify complex international deployments through expert management of customs, taxation, duties and Importer of Record (IOR) requirements
- Access specialist engineering expertise on demand through NSC’s global partner network
- Provide enterprise customers with a single point of contact for globally coordinated delivery
- Successfully execute consistent Wi-Fi surveying across more than 40 international locations using a standardised methodology
The result was a scalable global delivery model that enhanced the customer’s competitiveness, accelerated project delivery and enabled enterprise customers to deploy technology with confidence across multiple international markets.
Why NSC Global
NSC Global’s flexible partner-led delivery model differentiates it from traditional service providers.
Rather than relying solely on large in-house engineering teams, NSC combines a global ecosystem of highly skilled, certified engineering partners with centralised programme management and operational governance. This enables rapid access to best-in-class technical expertise wherever projects are required, while maintaining consistent quality, governance and customer experience.
For customers, this means faster deployment, greater global reach and the confidence that complex multinational technology programmes can be delivered through a single trusted partner.
