What is my role at NSC?
My focus is ensuring what we promise, build and support feels seamless to our customers. I strengthen governance, align Service Delivery and Projects, and embed consistent ways of working that enable sustainable growth. I am also exploring responsible AI to enhance insight and efficiency.
Why did I join NSC?
I joined NSC because of its ambition and global reach. The organisation is evolving quickly, creating real opportunity to shape how we scale in both size and maturity. Contributing to service excellence and strengthening transition capability was something I wanted to be part of.
My journey
My career has been built in complex service environments where governance, customer experience and operational discipline are critical. I have led large portfolios, strengthened service models and driven improvement initiatives. I believe strong service begins before go-live and continues seamlessly into BAU.
What drives me?
I am motivated by transforming complexity into clear structure that empowers teams to perform at their best. Creating inclusive environments where people feel heard, aligned and confident in decision-making is important to me. Collective progress and purposeful momentum are what drive me.
Beyond the office
Outside of work, I am energised by creativity. Painting, music and discovering new artists allow me to think differently and reset. Curiosity also draws me toward emerging technologies and new ideas, which continually influence how I lead and evolve.
