What is my role at NSC?

I’m the legal backbone of NSC, part strategist, part problem-solver, part guardian. Unlike external lawyers who advise many clients, I sit inside our organisation, working day-to-day with business teams to help us operate safely, ethically, and effectively as we grow globally.

Why did I join NSC?

I joined NSC because I wanted an environment where adaptability and empowerment drive how work gets done. I can make decisions quickly, see their impact, and collaborate with diverse teams who share a common purpose. It’s a dynamic culture where I actively help shape our business.

My journey

My journey began in Argentina, where I trained as a lawyer before moving to the UK, adapting to a new culture, language, and legal landscape. I transitioned from private practice to in-house roles, drawn by the opportunity to work closer to business. I’ve worked in tech for 15 years.

What drives me?

I’m motivated by contributing to our business growth, using my legal and commercial skills to unlock value and remove barriers. What really drives me is seeing how my practical legal advice can accelerate decision-making. I’m energised by partnering with colleagues to turn ideas into outcomes.

Beyond the office

Last year, I committed to escaping London’s grey winters by spending every Christmas somewhere new. I started in Australia, swapping cold mornings for sunshine. This year I’m heading to Thailand. It’s a meaningful way to end the year, recharging, gaining perspective, and embracing adventure.

A quote that inspires me

“Where there is a will, there is a way.” This quote resonates with me because it captures the power of determination and adaptability, qualities that have guided my journey from Argentina to the UK, through career transitions, and in tackling complex challenges every day at NSC.

My advice for someone wanting to join

I’d say join NSC because it gives you the freedom to shape your career beyond a narrow box. You’re encouraged to explore new skills and follow your curiosity. You’ll get exposure to different cultures, ways of working, and perspectives, which accelerates growth and keeps work exciting.
