What is my role at NSC?
I lead a team of onsite engineers at one of the UKs leading luxury car manufacturers, ensuring all IT systems run smoothly. I also manage projects and rollouts within the production environment, where precision, reliability and zero downtime are essential to delivering excellence.
Why did I join NSC?
I was erger for a new challenge, one that would broaden my skills across diverse technologies. NSC offered the perfect opportunity to grow, learn and push the boundaries of my knowledge in a dynamic environment.
My journey
My journey at NSC has been a whirlwind of growth and progression. A standout moment was supporting a BMW site in Belgium, an experience that deepened my understanding of NSC and built strong connections as I grew from IT Engineer to Deputy Operations Manager.
What drives me?
I’m driven by achieving success through challenging projects and strong teamwork. I thrive on supporting those around me to grow, learn and reach their full potential, celebrating both individual progress and shared accomplishments.
Beyond the office
Outside of work, I enjoy competitive karting and love travelling with my wife. It’s a great way to unwind and explore new experiences together.
