What is my role at NSC?
As Head of Legal at NSC, I manage legal matters across all regions globally. From contract negotiations to data protection and IP, I work closely with teams across the business, making legal a strategic partner, not just a support function.

Why did I join NSC?
I joined for the challenge and the chance to work across jurisdictions. NSC’s global footprint and lean structure allow me to see the real impact of my work, be hands-on with key projects, and play a broader role than in a typical corporate legal setting.

My journey
With a background in international law, I’ve always worked across borders. Joining NSC was a natural fit, allowing me to combine global exposure with the agility of a smaller organisation, and make meaningful contributions right from the start.

What drives me?
Everyday brings new challenges, no two are the same. I thrive on solving problems I’ve never faced before. It’s mentally demanding, but knowing I’m constantly growing, learning, and becoming a better lawyer is what keeps me energised and motivated.

Beyond the office
I recently completed my first women’s doubles Hyrox in Spain, an amazing challenge! I love exercise, live theatre, and exploring London, having recently moved from South Africa. I’ve set myself the goal of seeing one musical every month this year.

What quote inspires me?

You are not learning if you are not uncomfortable. Growth comes from pushing boundaries, embracing the unknown, and being brave enough to take on challenges that stretch you, personally, professionally, and everything in between.

My advice for someone wanting to join

Be ready to jump in and take ownership. NSC is fast-paced and hands-on, you need to be proactive and resourceful. The upside? You’ll grow quickly, gain exposure to high-impact work, and be trusted to lead and make decisions that truly matter.
