European Business Schoolを卒業後、Saschaは企業ファイナンス部門の仕事に就き、技術会社の数社をIPOに導きました。

Saschaは過去15年間、シニアITマネジメントの地位に就いてきましたが、現在は大西洋の反対側に位置する米国において、弊社の販売業務、マーケティング、ビジネス戦略をリードしています。

Anthony Robinson

Senior VP, Operations, North America

Anthony performs a critical leadership role in our customer engagements, having the primary responsibility of driving client management, service, and overall client satisfaction across field engineering and CSD work for North America.

Anthony, based in Mason, Ohio joined us in August 2014 with over 15 years of operational and managed services experience including logistics operations and third-party vendor management. Prior to his move to the service management field, he worked as an Account and Payroll manager for Clear Channel Communications for over 200 radio and television stations.

Senior VP, Global Customer Experience and Technologies

Robert is accountable for NSC’s service offerings and ensuring the technology solutions we deploy to our clients are world class. He is responsible for leadership of the technical delivery of ongoing, complex, multiyear transformational projects for NSC’s key clients.

Robert, based in New York, joined us nine years ago and has been leading a team of senior engineers delivering complex projects for our strategic clients. Robert has over 25 years’ experience as a customer facing network infrastructure engineer.

Having qualified with PwC as a chartered accountant in 1999, Rob left practice and has spentthe last 20 years working in the finance functions of technology and retail businesses. He has significant international experience, primarily in EMEA and Asia, as well as experience in transforming finance functions to help drive business performance through analysis, commercial awareness and data management.

SVP, People and Culture

Greg leads NSC’s HR & Recruitment globally and is responsible for Area Resource Managers in GFES in North America. Before joining NSC, Greg was an Executive Committee member of the UAE Exchange Group based in Abu Dhabi. Serving as the worldwide Chief People Officer, Greg was responsible for looking after 9000 people. Previously he has held senior HR and Talent positions in J. Walter Thompson, Mirum, SapientNitro, and Xchanging, focusing on their technology and digital workforce through periods of change and growth. Greg has an outsourcing and M&A background as well and is a big believer of HR transformation unlocking the value in businesses.

Deputy Group CFO

Prior to joining NSC, Alex served as a founding partner in a financial and management accounting practice. Having gained a wide range of skills in managing finance, Alex has bought his expertise to NSC. Alex’s role as Deputy Group CFO makes him responsible for the safeguarding and optimising of group cash, as well as the arrangement of all group borrowing and banking relationships management. His resilience in the face of any challenge makes himan invaluable individual to NSC.

Suzanne Pfersdorf

Commercial Business Unit Controller - Germany & North America

Having graduated with a master’s degree in finance, Susanne spent 10 years working as a successful Financial Analyst and Controller in fields spanning the aerospace and travel industries. Susanne now provides financial and commercial guidance to our leadership teams in Germany and North America, evaluating new opportunities and assisting our accounting team. Being a natural problem solver, Susanne ensures accurate financial results through in-depth analysis and reporting.

Kathrin Feucht

Senior Account Director- Germany

Having worked previously as a successful Account Director, Kathrin brought her expertise in customer communication to NSC. Kathrin ensuresour clients always receive the highest quality service and works to create effective solutions and offers for any proposals or requests that come her way. With her excellent skills in relationship building, she ensures our clients’ needs are always met and their expectations exceeded with every challenge that may transpire.

Ema Bien-Aimé

Learning Business Partner - United Kingdom

Previously working as a Talent Manager where she was responsible for the talent and engagement of 5000 employees globally, Ema now leads our NSC Academy and is the backbone of our learning and training ecosystem.By recognising the potential of our people and developing their skills, she enables our teams to deliver the maximum quality service to our clients. Ema speaks six languages which allows her to effectively communicate learning strategies across NSC globally. This, combined with her passion and creativity, allows for innovative training programmes that provide the best results for our employees.

Christine Favuzzo

Service Delivery Manager - North America

After completing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Tina spent 30 years cultivating her knowledge and experience in the technology industry before moving to a desktop support group management role. Now Tina manages personnel and performance at NSC,ensuring we meet all contract expectations and provide an exceptional quality of service to our clients. Tina’s resilience in the face of adversity
allows her to overcome any issues that may arise, guaranteeing our clients’ requirements are always met to the highest standard.
