The challenge

A global outsourcing giant required a secure logistics model that adhered to the specific requirements of the Olympic Games and the G8 Conferences – two of the most security-sensitive events in the world.

Given the time limited periods over which these events took place, the client was faced with an expensive bill for specialist contracting staff to be present and available at all times to support the infrastructure.

The solution

Working collaboratively with the client, security agencies and delivery partners, our best engineers and logistics managers created innovative technical solutions to provide a full suite of impenetrable onsite resources, including security-cleared equipment deliveries and pre-cleared engineers based on site.

NSC were able to provide expert resource for dramatically less money than an army of contractors would have cost, drawing on a pool of over 6,500 engineers globally, with a diverse range of expertise.
