Yaseen founded NSC in 1997 based on one simple principle: big companies need someone they can trust to manage their global IT, so they don’t have to. Someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to deliver a real commercial advantage.

Now overseeing the business in his role as CEO, Yaseen ensures everything about us embodies his expert, agile and entrepreneurial spirit.

Having qualified with PwC as a chartered accountant in 1999, Rob left practice and has spent the last 20 years working in the finance functions of technology and retail businesses. He has significant international experience, primarily in EMEA and Asia, as well as experience in transforming finance functions to help drive business performance through analysis, commercial awareness and data management.

Senior Vice President, HR & Recruitment

Alex leads NSC’s HR & Recruitment globally and is responsible for driving people management strategy and managing the HR and recruitment team, procedures, processes and employment programs.

Before taking the position, Alex was previously NSC’s Deputy Group CFO responsible for the safeguarding and optimising group cash.

Prior to joining NSC, Alex served as a founding partner in a financial and management accounting practice.

Chief Operating Officer, Gavin Bounds, who has over 30 years of experience working across EMEA and APAC, and held a number of roles including COO of Fujitsu’s multi-billion EMEIA and Americas regions, joins NSC to lead its global delivery teams and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the company.

Dominic is a seasoned Sales & Marketing executive with over 25 years of experience leading global organisations and is responsible for leading sales and driving the company’s global expansion efforts.

From start-ups to multinational corporations, Dominic has successfully implemented scalable growth models across diverse industries such as banking, financial services, aviation, and automotive. He is known for creating sophisticated partner eco-systems and enhancing go-to-market strategies for exponential growth. Dominic played a pivotal role in , connecting global banks for real-time technology funding. He led European sales organisations at Infor Global Solutions, achieving triple-digit year-on-year growth. At Fujitsu Dominic expanded market presence and drove profitable growth in the Financial Services and Banking division. As Global Head of Sales for Fujitsu Mobility DX, he achieved impressive results with complex multinational contracts, leading to consistent, profitable growth year-on-year.

As a thought leader, Paul has been instrumental in defining and executing cutting-edge digital transformation agendas. His strategic insights and experience have consistently propelled organisations towards industry innovation and sustainable growth in today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape.
